Sevalaya conducted an Awareness Program on Menstrual Hygiene at Aranmanai Government Girls
Higher Secondary School ,on 10 th January 2023. The program is sponsored by Amrutanjan Healthcare

Priya Thanikachalam, Brand Manager , Comfy Amrutanjan and Radhika Micheal ,President, Clean
Thanjavur movement and Docter ,M R Hospital Thanjavur were the Chief Guests.
The program was aimed at educating the 1000 girls from Std VIII to XII studying in Aranmanai
Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Thanjavur, about the importance of maintaining menstrual
hygiene and providing them with the necessary resources to do so.
Priya Thanikachalam, spoke about the importance of menstrual hygiene and the various products
available to support them.She also expressed her gratitude towards Sevalaya for identifying the cause
and supporting them in their efforts to promote menstrual hygiene education.
Radhika Michael spoke about the menstrual health cycle and how to maintain hygiene during the
period.
1000 Kits were to distributed to all the students. Each kits consists of 4 packs of sanitary pads, almonds,
akhrots, dates, and a pack wipes.
Ramesh, Regional Branch Manager , Prabhu Area Branch Manager, and Anbu, Distributer of Amrutanjan
Healthcare Limited participated in the awareness program.
Earlier V Muralidharan, Founder and Managing trustee welcomed the gathering. Chitra , Principal,
Aranmanai Government Girls Higher Secondary School proposed the vote of thanks.
