32 students from Sevalaya participated in the interschool basketball tournament conducted by Sri Niketan school, Thiruvallur on 7th January 2023. The under-17 team of Sevalaya won the first prize in both categories of girls and boys. S Punitha Raj and S Akshaya of Std X won the best player awards. Sevalaya’s basketball coach Shamsheer Basha won the best coach award at the hands of P Arul Arashu, Director, Sri Niketan group of schools. 957 students from 13 schools participated in the tournament.
