1000 Trees cultivation in Sevalaya

The inauguration ceremony of the newly created (Hatley Garden) Hatley Garden at Sevalaya, in Kasuva village (Thiruninravur in Tiruvallur district, Tamil Nadu), took place on 17 March 2022.

Various efforts are being made to curb global warming by creating a greener world with increased afforestation efforts.

The company has donated Rs. 7.10 lakhs as CSR fund for planting 1000 fruit bearing and shade giving trees and maintaining the trees for two years. Jeremy Oldland, from HATLEY was the special guest for the inauguration and participated in the tree planting event.

He expressed his appreciation and said “It is a great pleasure to work with Sevalaya. I have been coming to India for 20 years. This is the first time I have seen such a reception. It gives us great pleasure. We will continue to do what we can to help.” Mrs Svetlana Vucetic, Hatley, also was present at the occasion.

Sevalaya Muralidharan welcomed the guests and P. Prasanna, VP, Donor Relations, Sevalaya gave the vote of thanks at the inauguration function.
