Montessori Exhibition

It’s been a colourful and creative morning on our Kasuva campus thanks to our Montessori exhibition and function. We had the pleasure of welcoming the principal of Bala Vidya Mandir Secondary School, Mr Srinivasa Raghavan, from Adyar. Students were more than happy to guide guests through the diverse range of arts and crafts made from materials such as clay, sand and wood powder. The work shared today has certainly been inspiring to us all. The Exhibition, which involves around 300 preschoolers, is the annual event in Sevalaya.

The Chief Guest gave his special address to the audience: “Our great culture is seen and reflected in every action of ours.  We cannot afford to compromise on that. We have to concede that every one possesses some talents. In God’s creation all of us stay equal. It is only the opportunities that make difference.  By His grace Sevalaya’s children are blessed with abundant opportunities. They should make use of them. As I interact with the children they answer well to my delight and surprise. I appreciate and bless them. “

Mr. Srinivasa Raghavan donated, on behalf of Bala Vidya Mandir School, a Washing Machine to the residents of Old age home, a Solar Water Heater to the Hostel students and ECG  Monitor to Sevalaya’s Medical Centre.
