As a part of its CSR activity, EXL Service, Kochi in association with Kerala Tourism Development Corporation and Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, conducted a Cleanup drive in Vasco Da Gama Square, Fort Kochi Beach, on 3rd December 2023.
Sevalaya coordinated the event and ensured the effective implementation of the project.
The event started by grouping the employees and students. They were given a pair of gloves, masks, garbage covers etc to pick up trash. Each team was allocated a place and told to pick up plastics, paper and bottles etc.
Finally, all the collected trash was gathered at a point and picked up by the cleaning staff.

35 volunteers from the Department of Social Work at Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Kochi, and Boney Thomas, CEO Cochin Heritage Zone Conservation Society, Fort Kochi, Sathish, Secretary DTPC, Srijeeth, Heritage Staff also participated in the cleaning drive.
