Online Donation Process

The following is the process for Online donors who wish to donate from Sevalaya website through ICICI Payment gateway.

First time Donor ( Sign up Process):

The first time donors have to following steps to donate using their credit/debit cards:

1. Click on “First time Donors” in donation area in the website.
2. Please fill the following details.
3. Name, e-mail id, mobile phone, address (Name and e-mail id are mandatory).
4. Complete the process of donation by giving relevant details.
5. Acknowledgement will be sent to you with Donor ID, seeking details if Tax receipts ( 80G, 35AC sections) are requested.
6. Tax receipts will be sent, after receiving required mandatory details for providing tax receipts.

Registered Donors ( Sign in Process):

First time donors have to follow these steps to donate using their credit/debit cards:

1. Click on “Registered Donors” in donation area in the website.
2. Sign in using “e-mail id”,with “Donor Id” as Password.
3. Complete the process of donation by giving relevant details.
4. Acknowledgement will be sent to you, seeking details if Tax receipts ( 80G, 35AC sections) are requested.
5. Tax receipts will be sent, after receiving required mandatory details for providing tax receipts.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

When a donor/subscriber paid money to Sevalaya through payment gateway, if he has paid in advertently or want to withdraw the donation made, the donor/subscriber can send an email to sevalayabhuvana@sevalaya.org with a request to refund by giving a bank account, Within 30 days of donation/subscription made. Sevalaya will credit the amount to the bank account given in 30 days from the request received with a right account after deducting commission paid to payment gateway.

If the ECS is made through the payment gateway, then the money paid in the last 3 months refunded (the maximum amount), if donor/ subscriber sends a mail with bank account for refund and also how many months (not more than 3 months) to be refunded. The money will be credited back to the donor in 30 days from the request made with account details through e-mail.
