Sevalaya conducts regular Eye camps with the support of SCOPE International, a well known, Sankara Nethralaya Eye Hospital for Puliyur villagers. The Camp was held on 24th June 2015 in Puliyur-Kandigai village. A total of 114 persons were screened (50 male and 64 female). In the camp it was detected that 13 persons need to undergo for Cataract surgery. fundus examination was referred for 12 and 20 people were advised and prescribed for spectacles.
