Laugh and be merry

S Sampath alias SIRIPPANANDHA conducted a one day laughter yoga session for all 80 Sevalaya staff on 2nd May 2017. Sampath has conducted nearly 4000 programmes for various schools, colleges, old age homes, and other organisations.
Most of the activities are a combination of yoga postures, breathing exercises interspersed with humour. It certainly had the desired effect, as many were giggling for no reason. It helped them loosen up and forget their day to day travails.

He explained the medical benefits of laughter and used the opportunity to skillfully interweave motivational techniques to bring out the best from each staff.
