Teri (The Energy Resources Institute) conducted a global warming awareness program for school students. In this year on 10-Feb-2015 Teri arranged an exposure trip to the Exnora green panel at Pallavaram. Sevalaya VIII students (Five students) along with one staff had attended the trip.
The students understood rain water harvesting and bore water management and they saw Bio gas producing countries. It had produced biogas from vegetable waste. Finally, they visited the Organic manure center. The organic Manure was made from vegetables, waste dried leaves and with earth worms. The trip ended at 3.00pm at Pammal. The trip was very useful to the students.
