A little more than 600 volunteers from SPi Global decided to celebrate their CSR day at Sevalaya on 18th March 2017 by spending a day amongst the students and elders at Kasuva campus. They also conducted many activities for Sevalaya children. All the 2000 students had some activity to participate in. While a set of volunteers conducted running race, tug of war, lemon and spoon, musical chair for primary school children, another batch of volunteers conducted sports activities like volley ball, athletics, musical chair and indoor games like ‘recall from memory’ for high school students. Apart from this many volunteers helped in organic farming area. The volunteers assisted in sieving and filling the vermicompost pit, the entire day.
They distributed prizes to the students who won in sports and other events.
