On 3rd April 2017, 31 students of Sevalaya Nxplorers club visited Government High School, Melapedu and conducted water conservation awareness program. They performed villupattu, (awareness through folk songs) drama, group song and dance. The theme of the day was “Saving Water”. The students had an open discussion and shared their thoughts on water conservation. The students from Government school undertook to plant more trees in the village and regularly water them. About 50 students attended the program.
