Deepavali spirit was in the air days before it was celebrated in a grand and safe manner on 21st October.Variety entertainment programme were presented by different units of Sevalaya.Crackers were burst and new clothes were presented to residents of the children’s home & old age home. To top it all, a variety of sweets made the day sweeter for all. Behind the collective joy was, as always, the kind hearts of many donors.
Special guests
This Diwali, Sevalaya hosted some very special guests from Switzerland, led by philanthropist Page Pierre, one of Sevalaya’s long standing well wishers who has been sponsoring much of Sevalaya’s infrastructural improvements.He was accompanied by brother Michel Page, daughter Stephanie Page and grandsons Sebastien and Raphael.
