On 20th September 2016, Sevalaya is hosting a fund raising program to celebrate Bharathiyar day, “Jothi Migu Nava Kavithai” a Carnatic music programme by Dr Nithyasree Mahadevan and Party at Narada Gana Sabha Main Hall, Sath Guru Gnananada Hall, TTK Road, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India – 600018 at 6 pm.
Pujya Shree Swami Omkaranandha has kindly consented to participate as Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour would be Sri Niranjan Bharathi (Great Great Grandson of Mahakavi Bharathiyar).
We appeal to all to support Sevalaya by buying Donor passes – Rs 5000, 2500, 1000, 500/-. The proceeds of the event will go to educate the 2,100 poor, underprivileged children studying in Sevalaya School.
