To honour the significant day, September 11th, in the lives of Mahakavi Bharathiyar, Mahatma Gandhi & Swami Vivekananda, we are inviting respective Chief Guests to commemorate the BGV principles that moulded Sevalaya.
The Trinity, BGV, on September 11th was the day Bharathiyar attained immortality as he sang with no barrier between himself and all existence in pure sense of Advaita. He sang of life as a web with no end on both sides. Mahatma Gandhi adopted his evolving methodology of Satyagraha where he envisioned it as an universal tactic & philosophy that could overcome injustice and hatred. He believed in higher form of change whole-heartedly rather in conquering or defeating the opposition. Swami Vivekananda addressed the World Parliament in Chicago representing India and Vedantic Humanism, an universal expression of religion which became the bedrock of Indian Freedom movements and social reform movements. He had a special relation to Tamil Nadu by having his hope in the youth of Madras.
