For 8 elders those who have crossed the age of 60, 70 and 80, Sashtiaptha Poorthi, Beemaratha Santhi and Sadhabishegam were performed in a grand manner. While the elders participated in the grand function, they were overwhelmed with surcharged emotion and even shed tears, They blessed all in the function.
Sevalaya’s another key initiative is its Cow shed to care dry cows in its state-of-the-art Cattle shed. Go-Pooja is performed every day in the Ghaushala. In order to carry out Pooja in methodically manner, Thiru Sakka Velamanur Varada Iyengar took initiative to construct a dias and the idol of Rajagopalaswamy installed to perform pooja everyday . Here Go Pooja will be performed every day.
Delightfully, Mr. T.S. Venkataramanai, Co-ordinator, Sevalaya, donated a Cow with calf (milching cow) to Sevalaya’s Cow shed
