Sevalaya celebrates Bhagwan Mahavir Jayanthi every year with an ardent view to understand and adhere the great thoughts and the sermons served by him for the welfare of humanity. Particularly the teachers, students, parents and villagers should know his, great thoughts, sacrifice, and his life.It is aimed.
Shri Prathip Kumar Jain, M.L. Enterprises, an entrepreneur, participated as the Chief guest to the function. He expressed his extreme happiness that Sevalaya, follows the great ideals.He further said that the sermons served by Bhagwan Mahavir should reach all, particularly, his thoughts on non-violence,truthfulness are to be strictly followed by all, he recalled. He asked the students should understand and follow Bhagwan Mahavir’s advice he gave 2000 years back, for the good of mankind.
Shri Bharathkumar Jain, President, SBMDJM Trust, said in his special address that galaxy of great men in the society drew such noble thoughts by the very grace of God himself and gave to the society for the welfare of all. Shri P. Rajendra Prasad Jain, INEL Power Group Chennai, explained in his speech to the children, by narrating stories relevant to the virtues non-violence, Truthfulness, etc.,
Shri Rajendran Jain, Assistant Commissioner (Retd.) , Vimalkumar Jain, Secretary, SS Jain Sangh also participated in the function and graced the event.
Earlier, Cultural were performed by the students, on the themes of Bhagwan Mahavir.
In the beginning, Shri V. Muralidharan, Founder and Managing Trustee, welcomed all the participants and Shri Amarchand Jain, Advisor,Sevalaya proposed vote of thanks.
