Easter is one among several events, organized in Sevalaya auditorium every year to give its valuable messages with the help from eminent persons, particularly from churches. On 31st March 2018, Sevalaya celebrated Easter with kind participation of Rev Fr Santhanasamy, Parish Priest, Good Shepherd Church, Thiruninravur, on our request and invitation.
In his special address to the children, the Rev, Fr, said that Easter was celebrated to mark the end of Holy Fast. Children should develop the great qualities of mutual love, affection, universal brotherhood.” Rev. Fr. also interacted with the students and asked what they have understood from his speech and the video displayed. Students enthusiastically answered on their understanding of the day.
Earlier, cultural were performed by the students to explain the life of Jesus from the day he laid to the tomb and the day of resurrection. Mr. Kingston, Campus Head, welcomed all and Mr. Amarchand Jain, proposed vote of thanks.
