Sevalaya has donated an RO water dispenser and an inverter for power backup at Bharathiyar House, Mahakavi Bharathiyar’s birthplace in Ettayapuram, Thoothukudi district.
Bharathiyar House sees a lot of visitors including school students and Bharathi enthusiasts, but lacks adequate facilities. Sevalaya took up this initiative as a tribute to Mahakavi Bharathiyar, one of its inspirers.
Pool Pandian, Former District Library Officer, Kovilpatti, Pon Paramanandham, Former Selection Grade Deputy District Collector, Ettayapuram, Sankili Poothathan, Project Coordinator, Sevalaya, Tenkasi and employees of Sevalaya participated in the event commemorating the donation on 16th March 2024.
