Singapore Universities Mission Oxygen (SUMO) through MILAAP has donated Oxygen concentrators which were distributed by Sevalaya to Government hospitals in Tamil Nadu which are in dire need of oxygen for treating Covid 19 patients.
India is reeling under the effect of the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sevalaya is taking the initiative to fight against Covid-19. Relief activities such as the distribution of masks, gloves, oxygen concentrators, sanitizers etc are being carried out by Sevalaya.
Today Maheshwari Ravikumar, District Collector Kancheepuram, Dr Dhandapani, Nodal Officer, and Dr Karthikayen, Senior Doctor, Kancheepuram GH received Oxygen Concentrators from Sevalaya to treat Covid patients at Kancheepuram Government Hospital.
The District Collector was very pleased to receive the oxygen concentrator and thanked Sevalaya for this timely help. This Oxygen Concentrator will be put to use immediately at Kancheepuram GH.
