Centre Median Beautification and Tree Planting drive projects at a cost of Rs 60 lacs by Renault Nissan Automative India Private Limited (RNAIPL) was inaugurated on 28th January 2020. RNAIPL has undertaken this project as a part of the corporates CSR initiative and Sevalaya is the implementation partner. Under the Project a Centre median will be constructed for a stretch of 1.5 Kms from Oragadam Junction to RNAIPL main gate. Flowering plants will be planted at the median. It is proposed to plant 2000 tree saplings on both sides of the road. The pavements on either side will also be beautified by planting flower plants and crotons. The project was inaugurated by Biju Balendran MD & CEO and Urakami Deputy MD of RNAIPL. V Muralidharan, Founder & Managing Trustee, Sevalaya and Prasanna Parthasarathy, VP, Corporate Relations participated in the function. The project will be completed by end of March 2020.
