Sevalaya celebrated Mahakavi Bharathiyar Day at Government Girls’ Higher Secondary school, Thanjavur on 6th January 2020. The Chief Guests, Dr Rasu, professor, Kundavai Nachiyar Women’s College, Thanjavur and P Rajarajan, Executive Trustee, Bharathi Iyakkam spoke about the powerful verses of Bharathiyar. Sevalaya had organized singing, drawing and painting, competitions for the school students 123 students from 16 schools participated in these competitions. Government Higher Secondary school for the visually-impaired and the hearingimpaired students also participated and the winners received their prizes at the function.
