1. Sevalaya
Sevalaya is a registered charitable trust, founded in 1988 and headquartered in Chennai. With presence in 50+ locations across India, Sevalaya offers free education for underprivileged children, skill development programmes for youth and women and runs children’s homes, elders’ homes, gaushalas, organic farms, hospitals and medical centres. It also implements healthcare, environmental, rural development and disaster relief and rehabilitation projects- with all its services provided entirely free of cost.
2. Sevalaya Nilgiris
Sevalaya Nilgiris, a registered non-profit society, became part of the Sevalaya group in 2021. It runs a free hospital in Gudalur, Nilgiris primarily serving the tribal community, conducts medical outreach camps in remote mountainous villages around Gudalur, operates a Community College for youth and women, and runs 14 After-School Study Centres for tribal children in the Western Ghats across Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka- all free of cost.

3. ShoppeSeva
ShoppeSeva is a retail venture that markets products made by beneficiaries of Sevalaya’s Community Colleges and rural artisans, including clothes, bags, handicrafts, jewellery, snacks and baked goods. All profits of ShoppeSeva are donated to Sevalaya to support its charitable activities, ensuring a win-win-win for the customer, the producer and the rural underprivileged communities served by Sevalaya.

Sevalaya has been serving the rural underprivileged communities since 1988
Starting 1988, Sevalaya has transformed Kasuva and its 42 surrounding villages, from 100% child labour to 100% literacy, through quality education given free to 4,200+ rural children, and going beyond Kasuva and Tamil Nadu, imparting value education to 2,11,600+ children, supplementing educational needs of1,950 children through 30+ Tuition Centres, supporting higher education of 1,400+ students, housing and shaping the lives of 1,100+ orphans, giving shelter and dignity to 550+ destitute elders, taking care of 400+ dry cows, imparting skills and facilitating employment to 6,350+rural youth through 12 Trades in Community Colleges, providing healthcare services to 6,11,000+ poor and needy rural folks, delivering relief materials including food to 3,01,100+ people affected by natural calamities and the COVID-19 pandemic, benefitting 4,70,970+ villagers through rural development projects, providing 74,82,000 meals to the destitute… in all, transforming ,1.6 million+ lives in 580+ villages in 50+ locations across India in 37 years…all this, with your kind-hearted support.
