The Annual Science Exhibition – “Health is Wealth” held at Sevalaya Mahakavi Bharathiyar’s Hr .Sec school was inaugurated by the T Sadhasivam, Asst. Commissioner of Police, Pattabiram range, Avadi on 25th August 2033.This exhibition concludes on 27th August 2022.
Every year Sevalaya conducts a science exhibition based on a relevant theme. Nearly 500 students and teachers worked together on different aspects of the theme. 11 teams consisting of nearly 25- 30 members teamed up to showcase their work. Each team was given a topic related to “Health” and all teams demonstrated their creativity in exhibiting the ideas associated with the topic.
After inaugurating the exhibition, the chief guest went round all the rooms At the special programme the chief guest recollected his visit to many schools and colleges as a part of the security team of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, our former president. He said that Kalam Sir would give expert advice and his words of wisdom should be followed by all students.
He expressed his happiness to be invited for the inauguration of the annual science exhibition. He appreciated the topic “Health is Wealth,” and felt it was appropriate for today’s Lifestyle. He highlighted the benefits of eating organic food and said that our hurried lifestyle today has many demerits He shared with the students his healthy lifestyle and childhood experiences.
The chief guest highly appreciated the demonstrations of the students and appreciated their efforts. He was happy that there were participants from other nearby schools who also presented their work in this exhibition.
Sevalaya Murali during his speech expressed his gratitude to the chief guest for visiting the exhibition and giving valuable advice to Sevalaya’s Students. He also praised Sadhasivam for the work he is doing in his field.
