Sanitation kits and distributed at Mannargudi Government Hospital and villagers

Aravind Srinivasan, Chief Financial Officer of Varroc Engineering and a long-time donor of Sevalaya, has donated Rs 1 lakh for Covid relief work.

Sevalaya purchased 200 Sanitation kits and distributed them to frontline workers, and health workers at Mannargudi Government Hospital and villagers in the surrounding area.  

On 15 June 2021, K Marimuthu, Member of Legislative Assembly, Thiruthuraipoondi and  M Manimegalai Murugesan, Union General Secretary, Kottur, Thiruvarur District Distributed Sanitation kits to frontline workers.

R Divahar, Centre in charge of Sevalaya Thanjavur, and Dr HC S Kannan, Volunteer, were present at the occasion.

Each kit consists of 1 N-95 mask, 2 hand sanitizers, 1 handwash, 1 face shield and  25 , 3 ply masks.

India is reeling under the effect of the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. Sevalaya is engaged in relief activities with the support of philanthropic individuals, associations and corporates.
