Saipem India funded Sevalaya over Rs 80 lakhs under CSR initiatives to construct rest rooms and provide nearly 380 benches and desks in 10 government schools in Kanchipuram and Chengalpet districts. The newly constructed rest room for girls, and 70 desks and benches and a white projection wall at the Govt High School Nallur and separate rest rooms for girls and boys, and 100 desks and benches at the Govt Model Higher Secondary School Somamangalam were inaugurated by chief guest Santo Scaffidi, MD Saipem India on 9th June 2022. Sevalaya Founder Muralidharan welcomed the guests Santo Scaffidi (MD, Saipem India Projects), Sujith Olachery (Human Resources and Organisation) Chidambaram Ramanathan (QHSE Head) from Saipem India and Prasanna, VP donor relations proposed the vote of thanks at the inauguration function held in Kanchipuram district.
