BorgWarner Cooling Systems India Private Limited sponsored the restoration of a pond and installation of solar street lights at Vadamangalam village in Kanchipuram district on 25th March 2024.
This CSR project of BorgWarner, was implemented by Sevalaya.
Shailesh Jha, Plant Head and D P Praveen, Head, HR, BorgWarner Cooling Systems India Private Limited, dedicated the pond and solar street lights on 25th March 2024.
The restored pond, covering about 6.5 acres, will help around 10,000 villagers as summer approaches.
D Nithya Michaelraj, President, Vadamangalam Village and Senior officials from BorgWarner Cooling Systems India Private Limited participated.
