On 9th October 2017, a group of 32 senior citizens attended the World Elders day celebration organized by Department of Social Welfare, Govt of Tamilnadu, at Velappancheri Gajalakshmi Kalayana Mandapam, Maduravoyal. Grandma Geetha, sang a Tamil classical song ‘Adi Kondar’ which was received well by the audience. The elders were thrilled at the outing and got a chance to witness the talent of other NGOs as well.
