On 26th April 2017, Prof. Dr. S V Mani, Advisor, came to the campus and led the participants through an interactive session on ‘Interpersonal skills’ with wit and wisdom.
He peppered his talk with personal experiences and mentioned that gossip was detrimental to the growth of the organisation and should be avoided at all costs, as this can ruin friendships and teamwork. He advised the staff members to listen to grievances, foster trust, facilitate and inspire team members.
Each of the twenty staff members felt that the session will transform the way Sevalaya functions as one team, going forward.
