Willingness and enthusiasm from the corporate sector to help in the educational objectives of Sevalaya was evident when volunteers from three corporate conducted a variety of activities in the Nursery School. About 25 volunteers from BNY conducted 10 sessions on rhymes that lasted 2 hours. These BNY volunteers and eight L&T volunteers independently organised wall painting and colouring sessions for more than four hours each. All the children enjoyed the sessions and it is certain that these made deep impression on them.
Five members of GE, volunteered to organise the Sevalaya Library, starting with data entry for library books. This initiative, lasting over five hours, was appreciated and it is hoped that this would be the beginning of digitising the Library.
