A special awareness programme was conducted for 250 students of Sevalaya on fire safety, first aid and fire fighting. This important programme was taken by Mr M Manivannan, District fire officer, Mr M Subramaniam, Assistant District fire officer, Mr M Selvaraj, Tirur fire officer. The officers explained to students on the importance of being vigilant and alert when a fire accident occurs. Particularly the officers demonstrated by creating fire and explained how to extinguish them. In order to explain thoroughly, they brought all the necessary items, for students to understand in depth.
