100% Poor get 100% Result!
Thanks a lot Donors, with your support, Sevalaya proves again that if proper facilities are given, orphan, destitute and poor children can do well in studies. Greetings from the children senior citizens, staff and trustees of Sevalaya.
Sevalaya’s Mahakavi Bharathiyar Higher Secondary School has secured 100% pass both in the 12th and 10th grade exams, in this year 2014, once again. In 12th grade, out of the 139 students appeared for exam 33 students have scored above 1000 with 135 securing first division marks. In 10th grade, out of the 101 students appeared for exam 15% students have scored above 450/500 and with 94% securing first division marks and brought laurels to their school. Given the fact that they are first generation learners hailing from underprivileged families, this has been possible entirely due to the continued support of the donors and dedicated efforts of the staff.
